Job Description

 

Peraton is seeking an experienced systems Identity/ Directory Services Administrator  to join our national intelligence program that delivers engineering, infrastructure development, deployment, infrastructure operations, upgrades and sustainment of products and services to achieve our client’s global missions.  This position will focus on providing Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) to ensure secure and efficient access and Directory Services to design, implement and maintain the enterprise directory services infrastructure.  

 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the design, install, and configure the enterprise’s directory services infrastructure to ensure its security, stability, and performance.  
  • Manage Active Directory (AD) and related technologies, integrating with ICAM systems. 
  • Maintain and optimize ICAM and Directory Services for performance, availability and compliance. 
  • Manage user identities and access permissions to ensure secure and efficient access to IT resources. 
  • Create and manage identity and access management policies and procedures. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards. 
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems and applications.  
  • Ensure that only authorized users have access to sensitive data. 
  • Regularly review, analyze, and audit systems and access logs. 
  • Test and apply patches, updates, and upgrades to maintain systems current and secure. 
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures for directory services. 
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks. 
  • Provide training to users on ICAM policies and procedures.   
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to eliminate root causes. 
  • Issue of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Certificates, and Tokens Operations 
  • Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication for users. 
  • Travel may be required within the National Capital Region (NCR) on an as needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to pass a Poly clearances. 
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma and 12 years of relevant experience. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services. 
  • Strong working knowledge of ICAM platforms 
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation. 
  • Experience with Windows Server roles and features, PKI/certificate services, and schema extensions. 
  • Experience with incident response, security audits, and compliance monitoring. 
  • Certified Security + or CISSP 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly clearances. 
  • Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and colocation services. 
  • Analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and IT strategy development. 
  • ITIL or other applicable professional certifications. 
  • Familiarity with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions and their integration into enterprise environments. 

 

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE:  

This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a CI Poly, US Citizenship is required  To hold this clearance.  

Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
