Identity Data Management Specialist The Wolverine Group (TWG) is currently looking for a Identity Data Management Specialist who will provide support to a highly specialized DoD program in Tampa, FL. Works closely with the Identity Data Management Office to coordinate activities and operations. Please note that Indeed provides an automated salary range that is not always accurate. Responsibilities • Project planning, developing/maintaining organizational tasks for current and future operations, and formulating data analysis for process enhancement • Input of supported workforce data, requesting computer accounts, maintaining, and monitoring DoD databases • Reviewing personnel security documents for accuracy and compliance with program policies • Ensuring proper handling of classified data • Maintaining data, files, and organizational tools to track and record actions • Creates reports, information papers, and briefings • Prepares training materials and conducts orientation for new hires and DoD personnel Qualifications • Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred, in related field or equivalent experience • 3-10 years related experience supporting military and/or intelligence operations including experience working with Signature Reduction Activities • Candidates MUST be US Citizen with a Top Secret/SCI security clearance. • This is NOT a remote position. Required Military Training: Due Diligence Course (DDC) Identity Signature Management Training Course (ISMTC) Or Legacy Courses: Advanced Technician Course (ATC) Advanced Planners Course (APC) Preferred Military Training: Foundations of Sensitive Support (FOSS)
