- Leverage AIagents and agentic workflows to accelerate development,automate repetitive engineering tasks, improvedocumentation, generatemappings, assist withdebugging, and increase overall developer productivity.

Requirements- Strong experiencewithJythonscripting forSterling SI customization and Business Process automation.
- Experiencedesigning, building, or working with AI Agents and AgenticWorkflows to accelerate enterprise software development.
- Hands-onexperience creating Agentic Workflows using GitLab SaaS AIcapabilities (Required).
- Strongproficiency in Prompt Engineering, with the ability toeffectively interact with Large Language Models (LLMs) toaccelerate solution design, Business Process development,IBM Sterling mapping, Jython scripting, debugging,documentation, test case generation, and implementation.
- Experience usingenterprise AI development platforms such as GitLab Duo(SaaS), GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, orequivalent AI-assisted development tools.
- Ability tocritically evaluate, refine, validate, and productionizeAI-generated outputs while adhering to enterprisedevelopment standards and best practices.
- IBM Sterling FileGateway (SFG).
- IBM ControlCenter & IBM Secure Proxy.
- Git, CI/CD, andAgile development practices.
