Description

TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our IBCS Systems Analyst position.

The IBCS Systems Analyst provides analytical and technical support for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) and its integration with current and emerging Air and Missile Defense capabilities. This role is responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing analytical tools, and supporting system development efforts to improve operational performance, data visualization, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide analytical support for IBCS programs and related initiatives.
  • Extract, process, and analyze large datasets to support engineering and operational assessments.
  • Develop and maintain analytical tools, scripts, and automated processes to improve the speed, accuracy, and presentation of analysis results.
  • Support system development, integration, testing, and evaluation activities.
  • Analyze system performance and provide recommendations to improve capability and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with engineering and program teams to support technical analyses and mission planning.
  • Support the integration of Air and Missile Defense systems into the IBCS architecture, including: IFPC, PATRIOT, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), RIG-360, and other current and future integrated systems.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field is required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain (and maintain) a Secret security clearance
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting engineering, systems analysis, design, integration, or testing within the Department of Defense, Missile Defense Agency, or a related aerospace/defense environment.
  • The ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving, resource management and communication skills

Desired Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, SQL, Visual Basic (VB), C/C++, C#, or any other high-level programming language is desired.
  • Experience in data analysis for PATRIOT, LTAMDS, or IBCS systems is preferred.
