Full Job Description
Clarity Partners is seeking a IAM Sailpoint Administrator local to Chicago, IL. In this role, you will partner with IAM leadership, HRIS, IT, and application owners to maintain accurate identity data, streamline access processes, and support the modernization of the client's IAM program in alignment with HIPAA, NIST, Zero Trust, and internal governance requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and configure SailPoint ISC - Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Policies, Lifecycle Event triggers, and provisioning/correlation Rules.
  • Configure and support provisioning workflows, approval chains, and automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle events.
  • Maintain identity attribute mappings, correlation logic, and authoritative source data quality.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot provisioning failures, connector alerts, and identity synchronization issues across AD, Entra ID, HRIS, and other enterprise applications.
  • Support onboarding of new applications into SailPoint, including entitlement harvesting, connector configuration, and testing of SAML/OAuth2/OIDC/SCIM integrations.
  • Configure and support access certification campaigns, RBAC/ABAC models, and remediation of identity risks such as orphaned accounts and excessive access.
  • Manage user-access-level AD and Entra ID operations - provisioning, group membership, and directory attribute maintenance - while supporting audit and compliance activities (HIPAA, SOX, PCI, ISO 27001).
  • Monitor SailPoint system health and performance, maintain lifecycle/KPI dashboards, and document configurations and operational procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting Identity & Access Management or IGA platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM).
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, and access governance.
  • Experience with Active Directory user administration, Entra ID, LDAP, SCIM, SSO, MFA, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex, regulated enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of IGA methodologies and IAM best practices.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Clarity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the IAM Sailpoint Administrator position, the base salary range is $85,000 - $90,000. The range represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. Compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
