We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Architect - Saviynt to join our team. As an IAM Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's IAM solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the security and integrity of our digital assets by designing and implementing robust access control mechanisms and identity management frameworks.
Responsibilities- Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of our organization.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT operations, and application development, to integrate IAM solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IAM and cybersecurity to continually enhance our organization's security posture.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on IAM-related matters, including access control, authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of IAM tools and technologies, considering factors such as scalability, interoperability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead IAM implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM-related topics, representing the organization in industry forums, conferences, and working groups.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) designing and implementing IAM solutions in large, complex environments.
- Experience within the past 5 years leading a Saviynt Implementation.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication.
- Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and PKI.
- Experience with IAM platforms and tools, such as Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM preferred.
