7+ years of experience in field supervision of I&C or BMS installations.
Experience with data centers, semiconductor, industrial, or large-scale MEP projects.
Hands-on expertise in I&C and BMS installations including system cabling and equipment interfaces.
Proficient in reading P&IDs, wiring diagrams, schematics, and one-lines.
Strong communication skills for coordination among various teams.
Experience with construction management tools like Procore or Bluebeam.
Responsibilities
Supervise subcontractors installing I&C devices and BMS infrastructure.
Verify installation compliance with designs and industry codes through site walk-downs.
Support quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project.
Coordinate field activities with mechanical, electrical, and IT/OT teams.
