DescriptionNYU Langone Health, Leon H. Charney Division of Cardiology seeks a consulting cardiologist for its growing Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) Program.As a consultant in the HCM Program you will provide inpatient and outpatient clinical services, interpret echocardiograms and work closely with the Director of the HCM Program, the Director of HCM Research and other key clinicians including cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, interventional and heart failure cardiologists.
The HCM Physician will participate in research and teaching as an intrinsic part of the job and receive an academic title from NYU Grossman School of Medicine commensurate with experience.
Qualifications- Board certified/eligible in Cardiology with strong skills in complex patient care and advanced echocardiography.
NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $400,000-450,000 depending on experience. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
