The Water/Wastewater Hydraulics Modeler will:
- Utilize commercial software to statistically and graphically analyze data and develop and calibrate hydraulic models of wastewater collection and water distribution systems.
- Apply modeling software to effectively diagnose utility system deficiencies, identify efficient improvements to resolve deficiencies and plan for growth, and effectively communicate all phases of model development and analysis.
- Develop and evaluate control alternatives and strategies for optimization.
- Document methods and results in written reports and verbal presentations.
- Work collaboratively with project teams and clients serving in roles including project engineer, technical lead, and project manager.
- Support utility planning, evaluation, and modeling services through custom tool development, advanced data analytics, and exploration of emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil, Environmental, or similar Engineering.
- 2-5+ years of applicable experience.
- PE, or EIT with a track to obtain PE (or ability to obtain through reciprocity).
- Experience in data management for model import, model development, calibration, and performance of a wide range of analysis scenarios.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software.
- Ability to work within ESRI ArcGIS and ArcGIS PRO.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience utilizing InfoWater/InfoWater Pro, WaterGems, InfoSWMM, XPSWMM, PCSWMM, MIKE Urban/MIKE+ and InfoWorks ICM, or SewerGems.
