Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership: Lead and organize a team of technicians (run techs and setup techs) to conduct water-cooled and air-cooled chiller testing. • Hands On Testing: Personally execute test runs, set up chillers with relevant instrumentation (flow meters, pressure sensors, etc.), and monitor data acquisition systems. • Facility Oversight: Manage and monitor support infrastructure, including boilers, cooling towers, and high-pressure pumping systems. • Diagnostics: Identify failures in PLCs or instrumentation; coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues and minimize downtime. • EHS & Compliance: Enforce strict electrical safety (High Power / High Voltage) and calibration standards to maintain a zero-incident environment.
