What It Takes- 5-10 years as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Proven ability to solve problems and generate revenue through client-focused solutions.
- EPA Type II certification preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and service schematics.
- Comfortable with tablets/smartphones for dispatch and reporting.
- Valid driver's license, clean record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; willing to travel as needed.
