This position will require travel to our Griffin office for on-the-job training (up to 6 weeks).
Pay Range:
$70,000 - $130,000+ annually (based on experience, certifications, and performance)

What You'll Do:
Diagnose, replace, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning condenser and coils using approved methods and chemicals
Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential systems with minimal assistance and supervision while sustaining a positive attitude with the customers you service.
Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with customers to avoid future problems.
Use of software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
What You'll Bring:
At least 3+ years of HVAC residential and/or light commercial field experience required. Completion of HVAC schooling, preferred.
Obtain the appropriate certifications (EPA Type I, II, III or Universal). Other HVAC certifications are a PLUS!
Have a valid driver's license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old).
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
Effectively manage call volume and day-to-day tasks; be able to work flexible schedules including overtime, as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
