- Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and emergency repairs.
- Identify electrical and mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and replacements.
- Educate homeowners on repair options, system improvements, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Confidently present recommendations, pricing, and replacement opportunities to customers.
- Drive service revenue and sales performance while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Document service calls, repairs, recommendations, and sales opportunities accurately in ServiceTitan.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while building trust and long-term relationships.
What You'll Bring- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- HVAC degree, trade school certification, or equivalent hands-on field experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across residential HVAC systems.
- Experience identifying repair, upgrade, and replacement opportunities.
- Sales-minded approach with the confidence to present options and help homeowners make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including handling equipment and working outdoors, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to meet applicable Washington State licensing and certification requirements.
