CJS is seeking an HVAC Sales Technician who can combine strong communication skills with technical understanding to deliver customized solutions that improve our customers' homes.
What You'll Do
  • Educate homeowners on comfort systems and guide them toward the best solutions for their needs
  • Deliver professional, high-impact sales presentations that clearly communicate value
  • Ask thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs and recommend tailored options
  • Prepare accurate proposals and pricing within company guidelines
  • Secure customer-approved agreements for all projects
  • Follow up after site visits to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams regarding job details, financing, and scheduling
  • Provide installation teams with clear expectations using photos, drawings, and written instructions
  • Stay engaged with installers and customers during projects to ensure a smooth experience
  • Build long-term relationships and actively generate referrals
  • Prospect new customers through outreach efforts and networking
  • Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development opportunities
