As an HVAC Service Technician - Trusted Advisor, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems while helping homeowners understand all available options for their comfort needs.

Rather than passing customers off to another department, you'll have the opportunity to guide them through repair and replacement decisions when appropriate, helping them make informed choices that are in their best interest.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every call
- Educate homeowners on system condition, efficiency, safety, and performance
- Present repair, upgrade, and replacement options when appropriate
- Help customers make informed decisions based on their needs and goals
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and relatable manner
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A passion for helping customers and delivering five-star service
