Mash Mechanical is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Scarborough, ME. This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced professional who values high-quality workmanship, effective communication, and completing work efficiently and accurately.
What You'll Do- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance services and conduct safety inspections
- Service both commercial and residential systems, including:
- Heat pumps
- Furnaces
- Boilers
- Air conditioning systems
- Refrigeration equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system concerns, repair options, and recommendations
- Complete detailed and accurate service documentation while adhering to company procedures
What We're Looking For- Minimum of 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
- Experience working with heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner
- Dependable and detail-focused approach to work
Schedule- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay & Benefits- $30 - $50 per hour, depending on experience
