Outside Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor
Help Homeowners Make Their Homes More Comfortable

As an Outside Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs, educate them on available solutions, and recommend HVAC systems that best fit their home and budget. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers make informed decisions.
The Role

As an Outside Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners following technician referrals, inbound inquiries, and company-generated leads to evaluate their home's comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacement solutions. You'll educate customers on equipment options, financing, warranties, energy efficiency, and available promotions while delivering a professional, pressure-free sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
