The Opportunity
We're seeking elite HVAC Installers to deliver expert system installations and client-focused craftsmanship across Coachella Valley. Skilled pros can earn $100,000-$250,000+ annually through a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and overtime-no business ownership required. Outshine many owners with less risk at KC's!

Why KC's Beats Owning Your Own Business
Think owning an HVAC business means banking $500K+? California's reality check says otherwise. Most owners grind 80-hour weeks, sink $50K-$100K into marketing, and dodge bankruptcy-65% fail in five years. After taxes (13%+), labor laws, and van costs, many net less than our top installers, who earn $100K-$150K+ with zero risk.
