Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Estimator to join our Commercial Services team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
Job Requirements
Seek out work to bid to meet revenue expectations quarterly
Build and prepare HVAC systems for buildings / design builds
Prepare detailed HVAC estimates from drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Perform quantity takeoffs for equipment, ductwork, piping, and labor
Analyze project requirements, scope, and risk to develop competitive bids
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams
Participate in pre-bid meetings, scope reviews, and value engineering
Track bid submissions and maintain estimating databases and historical cost data
Review change orders and assist with pricing revisions as needed
Qualifications
