• Valid driver's license.
• HVAC experience is a plus for transitioning technicians.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs.
• Deliver engaging in-home sales presentations.
• Build trust through honest recommendations and exceptional service.
• Close sales and assist customers in selecting solutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Work leads from in-house marketing, referrals, and personal prospecting.
• Manage schedule and sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
