What we're looking for:- 5 Star Advisors that can provide an excellent service experience for our customers
- Proven experience in sales in Residential homes.
- High Ethics & Integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Requirements:- 2+ Years of residential sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Physical Demands:- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of the
- May be required to bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing
Pay Transparency:This is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average
$150k-$200k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
