Human Resources Manager
A desirable opportunity exists for a HR Manager to advise and counsel senior management and participate as a decision maker regarding employment and workplace practices. This position contributes to the successful operation of the community as well as employee and resident satisfaction.
The selected candidate will be responsible to work in multiple aspects of the human resources function including but not limited to recruitment, compensation, benefits, HRIS, workers' compensation, training and investigation of employee complaints and/or requests from external agencies. This position acts as the employee/management liaison to facilitate a rewarding and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum 5 years of prior HR generalist experience. Hospitality or senior living industry experience is a plus. Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience is required.
Additional requirements include:
