You'll guide employee relations, recruiting, compliance, onboarding, and performance management, with room to grow into a broader strategic partner to leadership. What You'll Do
Serve as the primary HR resource and trusted liaison for employees, managers, and firm leadership.
Handle employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, accommodations, and separations with discretion.
Advise and coach managers on performance, accountability, and employee development.
Manage HR policies, records, and compliance with federal and Colorado employment requirements.
Coordinate recruiting, structured selection, onboarding, retention, and offboarding for attorney and staff roles.
Use employee feedback and HR data to improve people practices and support a respectful, culturally responsive workplace.
