Full Job Description
We're looking for an experienced HumanResources Manager who thrives in complex environments, brings order to ambiguity, and develops high-performing HR Business Partners who serve as trusted advisors to the business.

In this role, you'll lead the HRBP team, create operating discipline, strengthen leadership capability, and partner with business leaders to solve complex people challenges. You'll provide sound judgment in sensitive associate relations matters while helping leaders build engaged, high-performing teams that align with our values and business strategy.

What you will do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners, building capability and consistency across the organization.
  • Establish operating discipline, priorities, and best practices that elevate the effectiveness of the HRBP function.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Coach leaders through complex performance, organizational, and associate relations issues with sound judgment and practical solutions.
  • Foster trusted partnerships across Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Training & Development to deliver seamless HR support.
  • Use workforce insights and trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and improve organizational health.
  • Serve as a member of the HR Leadership Team, helping shape enterprise HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
  • Seven or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Prior HR leadership of direct reports with exposure to multi-site field operations and corporate environments.
  • Experience in mining, manufacturing, construction materials, utilities, logistics and distribution environments preferred
  • Proven success developing HR professionals and leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, navigate ambiguity, and balance business needs with associate experience.
  • Strong employment law knowledge, sound judgment, and experience managing sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Curiosity around technology and how to utilize for process improvement and efficiencies
