It is a critical business partner position responsible for workforce strategy, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture transformation.
The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure we have the talent, capabilities, and culture needed to achieve our long-term business objectives.
What You'll Be Responsible ForStrategic Workforce Leadership- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business KPIs.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to anticipate future workforce needs and organizational changes.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding- Lead recruiting efforts for hourly, professional, and leadership positions.
- Strengthen the employee value proposition and employer brand.
- Enhance candidate experience and hiring effectiveness.
Organizational Culture & Employee Experience- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Champion employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and workplace concerns.
Development & Leadership Effectiveness- Design and implement talent development programs that support career growth and internal mobility.
- Lead leadership development and succession initiatives across the organization.
- Build organizational capability through coaching and talent strategies.
Governance & Compliance- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
- Manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism, fairness, and discretion.
- Support risk mitigation through proactive HR practices.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience.
Preferred- 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- SHRM or HRCI certification.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
