Schedule: Full-time, On-site
Salary: $130,000-$160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
We're looking for an experienced
Human Resources Director to lead all aspects of Human Resources for our growing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll serve as a trusted business partner responsible for developing HR strategies that support company growth, strengthen our culture, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated industry.

What You'll DoAs our Human Resources Director, you will:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and organizational growth.
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and coaching managers through complex employment matters.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices.
- Build and enhance employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Develop learning and development programs that support employee growth and leadership development.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
- Partner with leadership to guide organizational change, including restructuring, cultural initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Promote employee wellness and workplace safety programs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while driving operational excellence across all HR functions.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- SHRM certification (or equivalent HR certification) required.
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or cannabis, required.
- Cannabis industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, compensation, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Proven success leading employee investigations, resolving complex workplace issues, and partnering with senior leadership.
- Experience developing talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to drive business decisions.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
