As a Human Resources Director, you are instrumental in assisting with shaping the culture of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at
Bella Terra Streamwood by managing all aspects of the Human Resources department, assisting department managers with all aspects of personnel matters, processing facility payroll, pre-screening and on-boarding all facility new hires and maintaining positive employee engagement. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:- Associate's degree in human resource management or similar field
- Two (2) years of experience in a HR role in a skilled nursing setting
Preferred experience:- Five (5) years of prior Human Resources Director experience in a skilled nursing setting
- PHR or SPHR certification
