In this role, you'll translate business objectives into actionable people solutions, leveraging data, insights, and strong business acumen to influence outcomes. You'll play a critical role in shaping culture, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and delivering an exceptional employee experience while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
What You Will Do:- Partner directly with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and drive business performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and engagement.
- Analyze workforce trends and people metrics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and develop proactive solutions.
- Lead and support organizational initiatives involving workforce planning, restructuring, succession planning, and talent development.
- Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, objectivity, and sound judgment.
- Partner with leaders to drive performance management processes, employee development, and career growth discussions.
- Support the attraction and selection of top talent by participating in recruiting and hiring activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while providing practical guidance on HR policies and practices.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance retention, and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Identify development needs within client groups and collaborate with leaders to implement meaningful learning and growth opportunities.
- Act as a change agent by helping leaders and teams successfully navigate transformation and business evolution.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated, scalable HR solutions
What It Takes:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including direct partnership with business leaders.
- Demonstrated experience influencing leaders and driving strategic people initiatives in a complex organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Exceptional relationship-building, coaching, and consulting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience leading through change and helping organizations adapt in evolving business environments.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
- A passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and building high-performing teams
What Makes You Stand Out:- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or technology-focused organizations.
- Professional HR certification such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP.

$87,800 - $117,100 a year
