• Drive consistent, high-quality candidate selection practices across the organization, holding leaders accountable to established hiring standards.
• Establish, track, and improve recruiting performance through key metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring effectiveness.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding processes that support successful employee integration and long-term success.
• Drive compliance with employee qualification requirements, including drug testing, medical cards, certifications, licenses, and required training.
• Lead employee relations matters, including independently conducting investigations and driving timely, effective resolution of workplace issues.
• Serve as the primary advisor to leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee separations, ensuring sound and consistent decision-making.
• Own documentation standards and ensure consistency and risk-aligned execution across all employment actions.
• Proactively monitor, analyze, and address turnover trends and retention risks, partnering with leaders to develop and implement targeted action plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and HR operations.
• Demonstrated experience independently conducting investigations, managing complex employee relations matters, and coaching leaders through performance and disciplinary situations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to build practical processes, tools, and solutions while balancing business needs, compliance, and employee experience.
• Strong judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
