WHAT YOU'LL WORK ONAs Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to play a critical role on our People Operations Team (POPs). You will also serve as a mentor for the broader POPs team, helping us maintain a culture that embraces performance and accountability. This role requires a hands-on approach, sharp critical thinking, sound judgement under pressure, and a passion for driving initiatives that enhance employee success, engagement, and organizational growth.
