Human Resources Business Partner
Position Responsibilities:- Partner with site and business leaders to understand organizational priorities and develop HR strategies that support business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and development
- Lead or support the resolution of employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action, and conflict resolution, in accordance with company policy and applicable law
- Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and organizational design to meet current and future business needs
- Assist with talent management activities, including succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development initiatives
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and Development, and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR support
- Analyze workforce and HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support compensation and performance review processes as needed
- Promote employee engagement, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures
- Support site leadership through change management efforts, business transformation initiatives, and organizational communications
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information

Working Conditions:- Onsite-based at the Tulsa, Oklahoma fabrication facility
- Frequent interaction with hourly and salaried employees, supervisors, managers, and site leadership
- May require occasional flexibility to respond to urgent employee or business needs
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
- Experience supporting a manufacturing, fabrication, aerospace, or industrial workforce
- Experience in a union and/or non-union environment
- Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
- Experience using HR data and metrics to inform business decisions
