Position: Human Resources Administration, Manager
Location: US (Remote)
*Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 USD annually

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, HR Administration is responsible for overseeing and managing all US HR administrative aspects of the Human Resources function. This role ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations, immigration assistance, maintains accurate employee records, reporting and analysis, and supports HR operations to deliver seamless employee experience for our US Studios. This role will manage our HR Administration team to ensure successful execution of departmental responsibilities and needs.

This position reports to the Sr. HR Director, US. This role is remote with occasional onsite responsibilities.

MAIN DUTIES:
The Manager, HR Administration will be responsible for US HR Administration function, including employee records, data integrity, HR administrative/operational compliance, HR transactions and HR help desk support in the US. They will be the main point of contact for HR Administration processes for the HR team. This includes but is not limited to requisition process, new hire onboarding, employee life-cycle changes, exiting processes. They will directly manage the HR Administration team, providing guidance on priorities, direction, correction, mentoring, and opportunities for career development. They will develop, manage and update employee life cycle documents and process mapping. Including but not limited to new hire on-boarding, orientations, termination, etc. Other duties include:
  • Ensure the effective transfer of information between HR stakeholders, Payroll, IT, Finance, etc., supporting all HR administration.
  • Partner with Sr. Director, HR, in the maintenance and updates to HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
  • Compile reports and distribute employee data to HR Team. Including but not limited to PTO Reports, Employee census reports, and required training completion reports, ensuring accuracy.
  • Partner in the management of internal and external audits. Responsible for the documentation and oversight of all internal controls governing HR administration.
  • Administer compensation analysis to ensure pay is aligned appropriately with roles in the organization.
  • Partner with HRIS on implementation of HR Admin processes.
  • Function in a back-up capacity in the absence of the HR administration team.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.

They will have advance systems skills, especially MS Office Suite/Excel; experience with HR systems or D365 is a plus. They will have a highly organized work style with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects with potentially competing priorities. They will have the ability to communicate clearly, consistently, effectively, and professionally. They will have the ability to project manage various projects to successful completion. The benefits for eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees in the US include a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits and paid time off. The benefits for eligible project hires and part-time employees working less than 25 hours per week in the US include retirement, select insurance benefits, and where required by law, health benefits.
