Overview of Job Responsibilities
Oversee contractor safety performance, insurance compliance, and adherence to project HSE requirements on large-scale construction projects.
Serve as the OCIP loss control representative, managing contractor enrollment, claims processes, and incident reporting requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between the client and contractors, ensuring effective communication and alignment on safety, environmental, and project expectations.
Conduct field audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to verify adherence to OSHA regulations, project standards, and contractor safety programs.
Lead and support incident investigations and Root Cause Analyses (RCA), driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Review contractor safety plans, JHAs, permits, emergency action plans, and safe work procedures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Monitor contractor HSE performance and provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to project stakeholders.
