Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Interest in continuous learning of industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support IT projects requiring up to 120 hours of effort.
• Contribute to application solution design aligned with Information Systems strategy.
• Collect, document, analyze, verify, communicate, and test system solutions.
• Share development progress with senior team members regularly.
• Allocate approximately 80% of time to application analysis and support, and 20% assisting with project management.
• Participate in technical requirements and design sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team knowledge.
