HR Operations and Benefits Specialist Location: On site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL Base Salary Rate: $85,000 - $115,000 per year Job type: Full-time About This Role The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional HR services and benefits administration support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across the United States and Canada. This role serves as a key member of the HR Operations team, ensuring the accurate execution of employee lifecycle transactions, benefits programs, HR systems administration, and employee support services. The successful candidate will combine strong customer service skills, operational excellence, and analytical capabilities to deliver efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR solutions. This role collaborates closely with Payroll, Benefits providers, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining data integrity and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. This position also drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports HR technology solutions, and contributes to the enhancement of self-service capabilities and knowledge management resources. Experience with Dayforce HCM is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities - Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR and benefits support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across the United States and Canada. - Administer benefits activities, including enrollments, life events, open enrollment, employee communications, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. - Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, job and personal data changes, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, and offboarding. - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS and complete audits, validations, and reconciliations to support data integrity and compliance. - Prepare routine HR and benefits reports and assist with data analysis, issue identification, and follow-up. - Maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, employee resources, and self-service content. - Identify process improvements and support system testing, HR projects, and other operational initiatives. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or similar field. - 5+ years of hands-on HR administrative experience supporting employee records, benefits, and employee lifecycle transactions. Preferred Qualifications - Experience maintaining employee data in an HRIS and processing high-volume transactions accurately and on time; Dayforce experience. - Strong attention to detail, organization, customer service, and discretion when handling confidential information. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. - U.S. or Canadian HR support, benefits administration, experience. Compensation and Benefits Individuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company's performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
