Job Description

DESCRIPTION:
As an HR partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll support strategic initiatives that enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Working in a collaborative, global environment, you'll provide comprehensive HR leadership that helps shape our culture built on our 4i values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement. You'll work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that attract, develop, engage and retain talent while driving organizational effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in addition to 5+ years of experience in progressive HR, preferably in a global matrix organization. Master's degree preferred.

- Preferred Fields of Study: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) advantageous
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
• Experience in performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development
• Excellent consulting, coaching and collaboration skills to work effectively with leaders at all levels
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities
• Project management skills and ability to coordinate complex HR initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Business acumen and strategic mindset
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
• Fluent English required; additional language skills valued
• Problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex situations
• Experience building professional relationships across all organizational levels
• Experience in manufacturing/scientific industry preferred
• Ability to travel as needed to support multiple locations

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $103,100.00-$154,700.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
