The Human Resources Generalist is a developing professional who partners with leaders to deliver compliant HR support. Operating with moderate autonomy, this role develops professional expertise by applying company policies and procedures to resolve problems of moderate scope, analyzing various factors to maintain an exceptional team member experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
HR Operations & Lifecycle Management
Supports coordination and execution of end-to-end HR processes (onboarding, leave administration, accommodations) independently, modifying processes as required based on general guidelines.
Evaluates situations and data to implement appropriate HR transactional efficiencies.
Employee Relations & Coaching
Works routine to moderately complex employee relations cases, exercising judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate corrective action.
Builds productive internal working relationships to resolve mutual problems and advise line managers on basic policy and performance management.
Data Analysis & Execution
Monitors employee sentiment and analyzes standard people data, applying learned techniques to investigate and solve HR operational issues.
Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial reports and analyses for review by experienced team professionals.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Working knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to utilize HRIS platforms, run reports, and optimize transactional efficiencies.
Capable of analyzing situations with a variety of factors, exercising independent judgment on daily work, and communicating effectively with line managers.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or aPHR).

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $73,590.00 - Mid $91,988.00
