Job Summary:

Meneses Law is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives. They will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with thecompany'sobjectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, trainingand development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
  • Foster a positive workenvironment andpromote employee engagement and morale.
  • Manage employee relations issues andresolve conflictsin a fair and consistent manner.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
  • Oversee the design andadministrationof employee compensation andbenefitprograms.
  • Ensure compliance with allapplicableemployment laws and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff, fostering their professional developmentand growth.
  • Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with organizational information.
  • Promote a culture that is conducive to effective relationships among diversestaff members

Education and Experience:
  • ABachelor's degree in Human Resourcesa related field isrequired; aMaster'sdegree or PHR/SHRM certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • 8+ years managing all functions of HR.

Physical Demands:

  • This position involves regular walking, standing sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
  • Occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching
  • May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment and viewing computermonitorfor extended periods of time.
  • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • The ability to move and lift items up to10 pounds.
