Full Job Description
The HRBP will partner closely with business leaders and employees to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performing and engaged workplace.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and confidently navigate employee relations and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, career development, and employee engagement.
  • Support performance management processes and coach managers on effective feedback, goal setting, and performance improvement.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution.
  • Partner with leaders on organizational development, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to deliver effective people solutions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and programs that strengthen company culture and retention.
  • Ensure HR practices and processes comply with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of business operations and proactively identify people-related opportunities and risks.
  • Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business leaders and managers.
  • Strong coaching, influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate HR data into business recommendations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience working with multinational, multicultural, or geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or change initiatives.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.
  • Experience with HRIS and people analytics platforms.
