HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER: ROSEWOOD CALISTOGA THE TEAM The Housekeeping team plays a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences at Rosewood Calistoga. Working closely with Front Office, Engineering, Spa, Food & Beverage, and Talent & Culture partners, the team ensures every guest room, home, public space, and outdoor area reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality and Forbes Five-Star excellence. YOUR ROLE As Housekeeping Manager, you will lead the daily operation of our department and laundry, inspiring a team committed to delivering exceptional quality and service. You will coach and develop associates, drive productivity and scheduling efficiency, and ensure every area of the resort consistently exceeds guest expectations. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about luxury hospitality, people development, and operational excellence. HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE * Ensure guest rooms, homes, public spaces, and resort grounds consistently meet Rosewood and Forbes Five-Star standards. * Conduct inspections, uphold quality expectations, and drive service excellence throughout the property. • Lead the in-house laundry operation, ensuring guest garments, pressing services, associate uniforms, linens, and hotel textiles are processed with exceptional care, quality, and efficiency in support of a Forbes Five-Star experience. * Coach, mentor, and support supervisors and associates to achieve their full potential. * Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, teamwork, and continuous learning. Drive Operational Success * Manage scheduling, labor productivity, staffing needs, and daily departmental operations. * Partner with leaders across the resort to deliver seamless guest experiences and resolve challenges effectively. * Celebrate associate achievements and support professional growth opportunities. * Lead with integrity, communication, and Relationship Hospitality at the forefront of every interaction. PAY TRANSPARENCY The salary range for this position is $80,000- $84,900 annually. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on several factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
