Job DescriptionHospitality Spotlight is working with a luxury hotel in California and looking for a bilingual hotel Human Resource Director.
The Work:
- Lead by example at all levels of execution
- Manage, develop and train the HR team
- Create and manage all HR functions including: Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Recruiting
- Relationship building with all departments
- Organizational Development
- Additional responsibilities are required
What you've already done (requirements):
- Luxury/upscale hotel experience required
- 6+ years of experience as Director of Human Resource with a luxury/upscale full-service brand hotel
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
- Thinks critically and objectively; has excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions based on business demands
- Has a passion for hospitality, demonstrated by a progressive hotel career
- Developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
- Technology and social media savvy
- Involvement with the HR community and knowledgeable of HR practices and procedures
- Team player with the ability to multitask
- Excellence in business ethics and integrity
- B.A. Degree
- HR Certifications preferred
Compensation:
- Yearly salary base range of 155k - 175k
