Minimum three years of post-residency hospitalist experience

Responsibilities
Lead the Hospital Medicine team at St. Mary's Medical Center
Provide critical inpatient care with a focus on clinical responsibilities
Manage a 7on/7off block schedule for optimal work-life balance
Oversee 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm
Care for an average of 20 patients per shift
Work in an open ICU setting without procedural responsibilities
Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation
