Position Title: Inpatient Hospitalist

We are seeking a Hospitalist for (a full-time faculty position) at our Milton location who will also hold privileges in Milton, Needham and Plymouth who is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care and who enjoys working as part of a collaborative and patient-centered team. The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine. Candidates must possess, or be eligible to obtain, a Massachusetts medical license, along with valid DEA and MCSR registrations. Beyond the clinical qualifications, we are looking for an individual who values teamwork, communicates effectively with colleagues across disciplines, and is committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff. Pay Range:

The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
