Hospitalist Dayshift Physician Assistant Position in beautiful Pocatello, Idaho

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitalist experience as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) preferred.
• Current PA or NP licensure in Idaho or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Admit new patients to the hospital.
• Round on inpatients to monitor their progress.
• Take floor calls to address patient needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with a team of 10 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Participate in a 7 on/7 off schedule for work-life balance.
