ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES- Maintains professionalism and conducts self as a role model, serving as a resource for all health system partners.
- Is an expert staff pharmacist who relies on skills of comprehensive knowledge and experience.
- Maintains practice by ongoing professional literature review, continuing education and self-evaluation.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEGraduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program
Hospital Pharmacy experience or residency preferred
CERTIFICATION/LICENSUREWisconsin/Illinois Registered Pharmacist License or eligible
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIESExcellent interpretive/analytical skills for pharmaceutical applications
Strong accuracy skills
Computer experience
LEVEL OF SUPERVISIONWork requires a moderate level of independent judgment along with good interpretative and interpersonal skills with justification and accountability to Supervisor, Manager, and Director.
SUPERVISESThis position supervises technicians. This position is involved in the recruitment and orientation process and provides performance feedback and input for performance evaluation purposes. May implement coaching, counseling, and corrective action when needed.
PAY RANGE:$119,940.61 - $179,910.92
