As an Executive Director, you are responsible for building your own team and creating your own hospice location to serve your community. Concho Hearts Executive Director/Marketer serves as a leader in the overall organization management of the hospice agency. The hallmarks of this position include developing people and processes, ensuring high-quality care to each patient, financial management, and business development.
Responsibilities:- Develops various channels of referrals through the selection, acquisition, retention, and growth of business partnerships with referral sources.
- Consistently visits, communicates, and monitors provider, community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of Concho Hearts Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
- Conducts educational in-services and community outreach to promote our superior hospice care services.
- Educate patients and their families about hospice expectations.
- Work closely with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from an acute care setting to a home.
- Operational/Compliance standards for patient care.
- Human Resource.
Qualifications: - MUST have Hospice Marketing experience of 2+ years.
