THE ROLE: WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Convert company-provided leads with discipline and a high close rate
• Proactively canvas and prospect when the pipeline needs feeding - storm damage, aging roofs, commercial work
• Install and execute the proven sales playbook from day one
• Recruit, hire, and develop a team of reps as we scale
• Own the entire revenue number - not just your personal quota
• Report directly to ownership and help shape company growth strategy
• Know when to delegate and when to get back in the field
