Full Job Description
The Procurement Manager - Project Services is responsible for managing the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services for EPC projects. This role develops sourcing strategies, negotiates contracts, manages supplier performance, and ensures procurement activities support project schedules, budgets, quality, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project procurement strategies and plans.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and award purchase orders and contracts.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement milestones.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, and Finance to support project execution.
  • Manage procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
  • Lead and develop procurement team members while driving continuous process improvement.


Qualifications
