You'll work directly with a locally owned, nurse- and Veteran-owned leadership team that knows what clinical leadership takes and backs the people doing it.
We've served Oklahoma City since 1999 and hold a 4.5-star CMS quality rating. We're looking for a Director of Nursing who wants to build on that, shape how our home health team works, and grow nurses into leaders along the way.
Schedule- Full time, Monday through Friday
- Office based at NW 56th & Portland in Oklahoma City

What you'll do- Lead day-to-day clinical operations and patient care for home health
- Hire, coach and develop RNs, LPNs, therapists and aides
- Keep the agency survey ready and compliant with Medicare home health requirements
- Review documentation, OASIS accuracy and quality outcomes, and turn findings into training
- Partner with intake, scheduling and leadership on staffing and census growth
- Be the clinical voice for our home health program in Oklahoma City
What we're looking for- Active Oklahoma RN license
- At least 2 years of home health experience
- Previous clinical management experience
- Working knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and OASIS
