What You'll Do:- Provide leadership, direction, and support to Clinical Managers and field clinicians.
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient care, clinical outcomes, documentation, and quality measures.
- Support appropriate staffing, scheduling, and clinical resource allocation
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to clinical team members
- Promote strong communication, accountability, teamwork, and a positive culture.
What You Bring:- Current RN license in Washington and Idaho.
- Previous home health, hospice, or other community-based clinical leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical regulations, documentation requirements, and quality standards.
- Ability to balance clinical priorities with operational and organizational needs
- A leader who is approachable, accountable, collaborative, and committed to developing others.
Salary: $100,000 - 125,000
